Bad Websites, they make me cry!

Have checked lots of ‘powered by’ or ‘developed by’ websites lately (Websites of Web Development Companies), they make me to cry :'(.

Do they have any respect for WWW? If you can’t make it clean or beautiful please don’t spoil it this way just for money or to save some money. It can hurt your brand and reputation. And to reflect character/nature of your brand/business you must invest good amount where you will be making most in future. And internet is the future we all know.

Prefer Reputation to Money

It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you’ll do things differently.
– Warren Buffett

A good reputation is more valuable than money.
– Publilius Syrus

Genius developers are taking care of single bit loaded onto the user’s screen, reducing http requests to the lowest possible, analyzing user interactions and work on feedback every day, and lots more to make your way to see the web clean and elegant.

Creative designers are worrying about every pixels you see on your screen, picking up exact colors for your brand from millions of palates, mocking ups hundreds of different ways to present the same amount of information more beautifully, keeping your brand up with fast changing trends, and do lot more beyond your imagination (playing with colors and brushes is not that easy if you try).

Brilliant Analytic consider every action of your user/visitor into account, analyze it into the depth, segment your way to main traffic streams, help your brand decide what actions need to be taken for profit, finding bugs or components which users don’t like often, and do lot more than playing and experiment with statistic of your website data (it is not simple that you can learn in months or even in years because of internet’s nature of lightening speed changes).

I knew because I am all above for my online ventures and for businesses who pick me up to take care of their virtual identity on web.

In short internet is great for both, Building your Brand and Destroying your Brand. Decide wisely. Think in long-term.
