What is Spiritual Entrepreneurship Coaching?

There are dozens of problems in the world currently and number is going to rise faster as the population grows to record highs it is already demanding a new structure of the world; be it life-style or business-models.

💸  We are going to see totally new global monetary system affecting every economies in the world.

🌎  We are going to see drastic changes in national and international laws to make things work seamlessly for a more digitized & decentralized (read: cross-cultured) world.

🤖  We are going to see a new fleet of technologies being used on a daily basis.

♻️  What all this means is, our world is restructuring, just like you restructure your business model or a loan that you have.

You can observe the chaos around the world.

  • Gender gap
  • Wealth gap
  • Generation gap
  • Racial gap
  • Protests of the public against the government.
  • Trade wars
  • High unemployment rate
  • Climate change
  • Mental health
  • Addiction
  • many more

Why is this happening?

All these problems are real and affect all of us whether we realize it or not.

We can solve them only by finding the root cause and fixing it. If we can’t fix them we can avoid them.

If you look at the world as a big business and you are the CEO then how would you make the balanced decision so that your business need little to no management to achieve sustainable growth?

The bird’s eye view tell us that some of the departments are doing well like entertainment (wants) while other departments are doing worse like healthcare, education and housing (needs).

Investment should be done in a way that balances these two.

It is happening because of many reasons. Some of the significantly visible reasons are globalization, the internet, social media.

This is not a hypothetical scenario or a conclusion this is a global demand-supply issue.

Created by us, especially our wants and addiction to our comfort (mental/physical) zones.

And because of our collective natural biases depending on the environment we grew up in (and in this modern age those biases are being flamed by social media algorithms) we have created two primary sides/teams

  • You and me.
  • Black and white.
  • Scholar and drop-out.
  • Billionaires and broke.
  • Educated and illiterate.
  • Intellectuals and emotional.
  • Liberals and conservatives.
  • Capitalists and socialists.
  • Environmentalists and economists.
  • Theists and atheists.
  • etc and et cetera.

Being in a business you are well aware that you have to deal with all sorts of people to make them work on a common goal.

Leaders/entrepreneurs even parents must learn to identify from where the other person is communicating.

If you want your Earth-business to be sustainable you have to work with all sorts of people to achieve a common goal to keep running your business.

One major culprit is the internet.

We are made up of what we consume. And after the internet, we can consume whatever we want.

We consume what makes us entertained. That’s why entertainment is the most profitable business.

As its side-effect people are becoming less productive which is needed to produce and maintain healthy life/society. For majority of people productivity and happiness is deeply related.

On top of the internet, globalization allowed free trade and it encouraged cross-culture developments all around the globe.

Money was the only goal but it is imaginary fuelling our desires hence consumption. But now it has to change.

The actual goal must be taking responsibility of our consumption and production in balanced way.

What can we do about it?

To balance this imbalanced system we must fix our understanding of how things work without being attached to a particular belief or bias.

You can’t hold something properly if your hands are shaky in the first place.

When it comes to having an understanding of yourself the word that comes up in mind is Spirituality.

And to fix the mechanics of the outer world, you have to get involved in the system and it can be beautifully defined by the word Entrepreneurship.

Hence Spiritual Entrepreneurship (Mindset taught in Sustainable Growth Coaching)

From dozens of different definitions of these two words, I have picked versions that can be applied universally, regardless of your ethnic, economic or educational status.

Being spiritual means identifying yourself with a non-manifested form of energy.

Being an entrepreneur means having a problem-solving mindset.

So combining these two words we can define a mindset which is ‘स्थितप्रज्ञ’ (balanced thinking), untangled in worldly affairs yet influencing the world in powerful way.

This coaching is highly inspired by  Vedic Culture of Bharat.
